Triveni Ghat is one of the oldest places that have a blend of three holy important Rivers the Ganges, the Yamuna and the Saraswathy. It is a most renowned sacred bathing destination in Rishikesh. Lakshman (Laxman) Jhula
Lakshman (Laxman) Jhula is an Iron Bridge suspended over the mighty Ganges River expending a very long of about 450 ft. It is constructed in the year 1939 nearby to Swarga Ashram in Rishikesh. It has strong history based on legendary. It is history records of the time Ramayana when the epic character Lakshmana has crossed the Ganga on the Jute ropes and it is believed that the bridge is built at the same place.
