How to make payment through Quick pay


STEP 1

Quick Pay

Search for ‘Quick Pay’ option reflecting on the bar above.



STEP 2

Select Booking

If you are paying for a new booking, select ‘New Booking’.



STEP 3

Agent ID Verification

Enter your Agent ID which is received when registration is completed. For eg CHXXXXXXXX and click on ‘Verify’.



STEP 4

Select Destination

Click on the drop-down menu and select the destination for which you are making the payment.



STEP 5

Select Tour Name

Click on ‘Select Tour Name’ and select the package name from the drop-down menu.



STEP 6

Select Date

Click on ‘Select Date’ and select the desired date of travel from the available option.



STEP 7

Guest Information

Enter the details of guest whom you want to receive the payment confirmation.



STEP 8

Add Traveller

Select ‘Without Traveller Name’ if guest’s details are not available OR Select ‘With Traveller Name’ if guests’ details are available. Add and subtract the total number of Guests by clicking (+) and (-) respectively. Select ‘Deposit’ reflecting under payment details. Enter the details including first name, last name and room type of the guest and click on ‘Next’ if you have selected ‘With Traveller Name’.



STEP 9

Add-ons

Select Add-ons if you want to include any and click on ‘Next’. Please note selecting add-ons is completely optional.



STEP 10

Select Payment Method

Select from the available options and click on ‘Next’.



STEP 11

Preview

Check all the details entered thoroughly and click on ‘Next’.



STEP 12

Terms and conditions

Check all box reflecting against terms and conditions and click on ‘Confirm’.



STEP 13

Payment Gateway

Select card payment, enter your card details and click on ‘Pay Now’.

If you are paying for a new guest in the Existing Booking, select ‘Existing Booking’.



STEP 3

Agent ID Verification

Enter your Agent ID which is received when registration is completed. For eg CHXXXXXXXX and click on ‘Verify’.



STEP 4

Select Traveller Type

Select ‘I am making a payment for new traveller’.



STEP 5

Select Tour Name

Click on ‘Select Tour Name’ and select from the existing package bookings from the drop-down menu.



STEP 6

Select Tour Date

Click on ‘Select Tour Date’ and select the tour date you want to make payment for.



STEP 7

Enter Guests’ Name

Enter the name of the guest and if you want to add more than 1 guest, click on ‘Add Another Traveller’. *Please note you can only pay the deposit of new guest at time of adding him/her. To make the full payment, complete the process and then follow the steps of ‘Quick Pay Method for Existing Traveller in Existing Booking’



STEP 8

Enter Guest Information

Enter the full name, mobile number and email ID whom you want to share the payment confirmation to. Enter your own details to receive the payment confirmation on your email ID.



STEP 9

Add-ons

Select Add-ons if you want to include any and click on ‘Next’. Please note selecting add-ons is completely optional.



STEP 10

Select Payment Method

Select from the available options and click on ‘Next’.



STEP 11

Preview

Check all the details entered thoroughly and click on ‘Next’.



STEP 12

Terms and conditions

Check all box reflecting against terms and conditions and click on ‘Confirm’.

Select card payment, enter your card details and click on ‘Pay Now’.

STEP 7

Enter Guests’ Name

Enter the first three alphabet of guest name and the name will appear and click on ‘Next’.



STEP 8

Enter Guest Information

Enter the full name, mobile number and email ID whom you want to share the payment confirmation to. Enter your own details to receive the payment confirmation on your email ID.
