The cuisine of India is as diverse as its geography, the test and food recipe changes from region to region. As south India is situated on the tropical zone that covered the entire states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu where the food style is more or less much similar combinedly known as the south India cuisine. The major cuisine of south India is rice, lentils, grains and vegetables accompanied by chutneys, pickles and papads. Besides this staple diet, the famous south Indian foods are Hyderbadi Biryani, Sambar, Dosa, Idli, Pineapple Pachhady, Fish Molee, Masala Vada etc.
