Day 01/ Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar, meet the assistance at the airport and
transfer to a deluxe houseboat at Dal Lake / Nigeen Lake.
Afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, lake rides by
shikara to visit floating gardens, Lotus Gardens, Charchinar,
and Kabooter Khana
(Pigeon palace) and inside of the lake.
Overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 02/ Srinagar – Gulmarg – Khilanmarg – Gulmarg.
In the morning after breakfast drive for Gulmarg, one of
the most beautiful summer/ winter resort in the valley.
One can have a gandola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to
Khilanmarg to have real view in winter. One can have a
pony ride in the open fields to seven springs and to a
lake, which remains frozen till June. Overnight stay at
Gulmarg.
Day 03/ Gulmarg – Tangmarg-
Pahalgam.
In the morning after breakfast drive for full day excursion
to Pahalgam. Arrive at Pahalgam and check in at hotel.
Afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, visit local market
around Pahalgam. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Day 04/ Pahalgam Sightseeing
In the morning leave for full day tour to Chandanwari – 16kms
from Pahalgam – accessible by Jeep or pony. It is one
of the most beautiful and fascinating idyllic resorts all
the year round. It is the base for several treks in the region.
Situated at the confluence of the Lidder river and set amidst
fir and pine covered mountains. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Day 05/ Pahagam- Srinagar
In the morning dive back to Srinagar. Check in the houseboat.
Afternoon is at leisure with evening shikara ride. Overnight
stay at houseboat.
Day 06/ Srinagar Sightseeing
Morning tour of Mughal gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (the
garden of pleasure) and Shalimar garden (abode of love),
Harwan, Fairy Palace & Shankrachyra temple. Overnight
stay at Houseboat.
Day 07/ Departure
Morning, visit to the market for Kashmir Handicrafts. Afternoon,
transfer to airport to board the onward flight.
