Manali Tour

An enchanting picturesque hill station enriched with snowy mountains and high dense pinewoods with the oblique Beas River. Manali is located in the state of Himachal Pradesh that is famed for its artistic beauty. It has an altitude of 6260 feet lying in the ever flowing Beas River with conifer gradients and crop orchards.

Rohtang Pass, Solang Valley, Hadimba Temple, Raghunath Temple, Vashisht Baths, Beas Kund (Chandratal Lake), Jagannathi Devi Temple (Bekhli Temple), Chandrakhani Pass, The Great Himalayan National Park, Pandoh Dam are the most famous temples in this city.

History
The strong history lies in the diverse myths that have been woven spectacularly to wonder any reader or visitor. It is believed that Manali got its name from the term ‘Manu’ who was a sage. A temple dedicated to the sage can be found here. Shepherds from the Kangra Valley were the next inhabitants of this city. The most popular occupant of the city was the ‘nar’, of whom only a few are surviving today.

Travel within city
Manali is a very small in size but has a potential to grab the attention of the visitors. In order to visit around Manali is very easy indeed. There are buses that ply o all the local tourist destinations, and hire taxis and rented cars and bikes.

While travelling in Manali, buses are the most preferred mode of transport which is available easy within short period of time.

Taxis are the best way to reach at any destination in fact, it has reasonable charges rates.

Auto Rickshaw
One of the best ways to travel within the city is Auto rickshaw that will be the safe mode of commute in and around the city. The best part of this vehicle is that there are no separate night fares.

Tourists can find numerous restaurants and cafes that offer a huge variety of food ranging from domestic and international cuisine. On mall road, most of the eateries are available from 8 am till 10 pm.

Raj Rasoi on Mall Road is the ultimate place for those who love to eat vegetarian Indian and Chinese cuisines. Shan-e-Punjab on Mall Road is another vegetarian restaurant offering you special Punjabi and Indian cuisines. Chopsticks is the best place for Chinese and Tibetan Food Located on Mall road close to the bus station.

Shopping
