Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced "No-Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.
The hotel has dedicated smoking guest bedrooms. Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know. We shall endeavor to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.

SPA : At The Oberoi Amarvillas, complimenting the grandeur of the Mughal era is the spa that befits the self-indulgence of royalty. To the mystical, romantic image of the Taj Mahal visible outside, trained Thai therapists reenergize the body with personalized holistic treatments based on Ayurveda, ancient Thai and western techniques. The vivifying experience includes beauty and body treatments with exotic oils and creams used by royalty five hundred years ago, in addition to a steam room or sauna to rekindle the body and spirit.
FITNESS FACILITIES : A state-of-the-art Gymnasium located within the Oberoi Spa is equipped with treadmills, cross-trainers, exercycles, free weights, a rowing machine and a multi-gym.
SWIMMING POOL : Set in the terraced garden, with an option of shade and open sky, the beautiful cobalt blue swimming pool is straight from fairytale pages of the Arabian nights.
The 1.2 meters deep pool is heated in winter and is 23.3 meters in length and 16 meters in width.
MEETING : Conference facilities at The Oberoi Amarvilas include two meeting rooms - The Birbal Room (seats 16) and The Tansen Room (seats 24) - and one Ballroom that seats a maximum of 150 guests and can be divided into two sections. |
