Rhino tours at Kaziranga

Day 01 / Arrival Kolkata
On arrival at Kolkata airport meet assist at airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay in Kolkata.

Day 02 / Kolkata
After breakfast proceed to visit sightseeing tour including visits to the famous flower market, the Hooghly River crossing the Howrah Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral and the imposing Victoria Memorial opened by the Prince of Wales in 1921, this vision in marble is often called the “Taj” of the British Raj. With hotel check out at noon the remainder of the day is spent at leisure, consider visiting the New Market - a colourful bazaar on Chowringhee Road, the stately Indian Museum founded in 1814 and the oldest and largest in India and the extraordinary Marble Palace which houses paitings by Rubens, Titian and Reynolds. Night stay in Kolkata.

Day 03 / Kolkata - Guwahati ( By flight ) Guwahati - Kaziranga ( Approx. 250 kms / 5 hrs drive)
Transfer to airport to board the flight to Guwahati. Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Kaziranga. On arrival at Kaziranga transfer to hotel. Kaziranga National Park a world heritage site is famous for the Great Indian one horned rhinoceros, the landscape of Kaziranga is of sheer forest, tall elephant grass, rugged reeds, marshes & shallow pools. Night stay in Kaziranga.

Day 04 / Kaziranga
Early morning proceed for elephant safari (1st ride starts from 5.30 am duraion approx.01 hour) to
visit one horned rhinoceros. After breakfast proceed for jeep safari (either central or western range starts arround 07:30 hrs. to 09:30 hrs. ). Return to lodge for lunch. After lunch jeep safari (if visited central
range in the morning then western range or vice versa starts arround 13:30 hrs. to 15:30 hrs. ). Night stay in Kaziranga.
